Professional Background
Kaitlyn brings her organizational skills and dynamic energy to the 321 Web Marketing team as the Executive Assistant. Having joined the team in March of 2023, she has quickly become an integral part of our operations. After work, she is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Business Administration from AMU with a focus in Human Resources.
She grew up in Meridian, Mississippi and is living in Rapid City, South Dakota with her husband, Joshua, who is active duty in the air force. They have a two-year old son named Grayson. In her free time, she finds solace in the serenity of yoga, hiking, and reading. Above all, she cherishes the moments spent with her family, believing that the foundation of all success lies in the love and support of loved ones.
